From initial concept through to a fully functioning start-up company with a responsive website, Camperfam has been a real eye opener not only in pushing the boundaries of my skills but also problem-solving in a productive, cost-effective manner.
Camperfam is a peer-to-peer platform on which you can rent out and hire camper vans, caravans, converted vans or even motorhomes.
As for marketing, we believed video to have one of the biggest impacts you can make, leaving a lasting impression on your audience. Check out this small YouTube video created by myself. Most of the shots you see here were filmed using my DJI Mavic Pro drone. Remember to watch in Full HD!
Please note: This video is a work in progress, meaning the rights to the music have yet to be purchased and is in no way a promotional video at this time.
Appealing to two types of customers was a challenge. Our solution? Seamless UX design and communication on any device.
It wasn’t only the design that needed to be perfect. The functionality also needed careful consideration from a customer-first focus, this was achieved by adopting sprint-based methods to achieve company goals.
It was essential customers could access support whenever they needed for a better user experience. To achieve this I designed FAQs, T’s & C’s, support pages and user obligations pages where they can also find all legal documentation for an easy, safe and transparent transaction from peer-to-peer.
Equally important, are the company logo, colour development and the styles used across the entire brand with the vision of being future proof.
